Nestaide Management was first started in 2017 when an opportunity came for our founder, Alisha to start managing a single unit. We started to see a gap in the Whistler market where owners were looking for a cost-effective, personalized, full-service management team that did not take away 40% of their income! Our guests were very happy, and we thought we could service other owners and guests in Whistler looking to achieve the same goals. This is when Nestaide Management was born. Since then, Alisha has teamed up with Kerry as her business partner. Together they have tripled the initial portfolio size and serviced thousands of happy guests.

Nestaide Management continues to be a small, innovative company coming to the property management market space with a great solution for owners who want to achieve passive income from their rental properties.
