NOISE MONITORING
We provide vigilant guest screening and have processes set up to guarantee a great guest in your home.
While larger homes allow for higher guest occupancies, we monitor them with a Noiseaware device (like a smoke detector in your home for noise). This allows Nestaide Management to reach out to the guest within a 15-minute window if the noise is above our set parameter. Our townhome complex neighbours will tell you that they are more than satisfied with our screening and noise monitoring. They have even become some of our best referrals to the rest of the neighbourhood!
