Guests can park up to two vehicles.
Secure parking for 1 in our PERSONAL garage (coded access), an additional car can park in visitor's parking, but please note this spot is not guaranteed.
The parking in visitor's stalls is first come first served.

GARAGE/SECURE STORAGE
This 1 BR townhome comes with a UNIQUE feature that most units miss: A LARGE GARAGE. Store your expensive skis, bikes and other fun mountain and lake activity equipment- hassle-free and ultra-secure!!

Bonus: Tennis rackets and beach toys for guests to use!

POOL & HOT TUB
As of June 10, pool is officially open for the summer.

The hot tub will remain open throughout the year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire after a long day on the hill, lock up your skis and equipment in our secure garage and make a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. This is such a PEACEFUL and PRIVATE home, you'll feel at ease during your stay while you escape the trials of the real world. Featuring a fully functioning kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table, open plan living and excellent indoor-outdoor flow onto the roomy patio. The COZY fireplace for the winter months gives this property a real ambiance! This space would be best enjoyed with your family, on a couples getaway or any business trip.

Guests will have full access to the entire house with their own key also to assess the property.

Note: a set of stairs leads down to the ground floor entry.

Private garage/storage available for all skis, boots, boards, bikes, and other equipment. This has a personal access code and is full use of the guests only (not a shared space)

The property sleeps 4 persons only, a master bedroom x2 (queen bed), a living room x2 (fold-out sofa), and the option to use a small den-like room with a single bed suitable for a child (not a full-size twin bed).

Taluswood in the Nordic Estates area is one of Whistler's most prestigious neighbourhoods. It is FAMILY oriented and a QUIET area of Whistler that sits between Creekside (Whistler's best-kept secret and original town site) and Whistler village. Taluswood sits high up on the hill to allow for gorgeous mountain and sunset views. Away from the noise of the village, but close to all the action- the perfect combo for any family, couple or business getaway.

While guests are most easily able to get around by vehicle, it is also just a small walk down the hill to the local bus transit stop. Taxi's are available 24/7 throughout Whistler.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

The washer in the unit is currently not working and is for replacement.

The pool is scheduled to reopen in June 2026.

As usual, the hot tub will remain open year-round for your enjoyment.

For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

Please note that two fire log has been provided for your use. If you would like additional logs, they will need to be purchased.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Such an awesome place! Super spacious, family-friendly, and in a really quiet and beautiful area. The apartment had everything we needed — super well-equipped with lots of nice little extras. It was really easy to find and the location is perfect for exploring Squamish, Whistler, Joffre Lakes, and everything along the Sea to Sky Highway. Close to shops and all the essentials too. Bonus: the tap water is amazing — super fresh and drinkable! Hands down the best stay of our entire 3-week trip across Vancouver. We’ll definitely be back! PS the pool & hot tub was incredible had this to ourselves every evening after hiking/biking/exploring.
