Welcome to your mountain haven on the prestigious Blueberry Hill, where breathtaking views of the valley mountains unfold. Just minutes from Whistler Village and Creekside, this spacious and cozy home is designed for ultimate comfort. In the Winter, enjoy forested views of the alpine and snow-topped mountains. This condo is located on a shuttle route to the main village, where the Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain gondolas are located, as well as minutes away from Creekside base, where the Creekside Gondola is located. In the Summer, you can walk to the largest lake in Whistler: Alta lake! Alta Lake offers three beautiful beachfronts: Lakeside, Rainbow, and Wayside Park. This condo is located within quick access to the Valley Trail (a paved 40km trail connects all Whistler's neighbourhoods) enjoy walking, running or biking to your heart's content. This condo allows for a serene escape away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler's Village, but close enough to all the adventure that Whistler has to offer.

THE LAYOUT
Step inside to a welcoming entryway with a convenient closet on your right, right next to a full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. On your left, you’ll find another closet with an in-suite washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your gear and clothes fresh during your stay.

Walk into the bright and open kitchen and dining area, ideal for gathering with friends or family. Adjacent is the second bedroom, complete with a cozy Queen bed, TV, closet, and its own air conditioning unit—perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

Two steps down from the dining area, the sunken living room awaits, offering a warm gas fireplace, a TV, and a comfortable seating area. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the balcony overlooking the forested views of the front entrance, filling the space with natural light and fresh mountain air. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or your favorite book after a day of adventure.

To the left of the living room, the primary bedroom is a serene retreat featuring a King-sized bed, TV, air conditioning, ample closet space (2), and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and bathtub combo, providing a relaxing space to refresh after skiing, biking, or exploring the mountains.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and common small appliances. Sugar, common spices, and cooking oil are provided for all the chef's wishes. Enjoy a hearty breakfast using the beautiful 6-person dining table before hitting the mountain.

Fuel up with a big cup of coffee (provided drip and Nespresso pods) and hit the mountain for the day. Sugar, Coffee, and tea are provided for your stay.

A private BBQ on the patio as well as 2 communal BBQs on the pool deck are provided for your use!

SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Secure your skis and bikes in the secure parkade storage. Make sure to bring your own combo lock to secure your skis.

POOL AND HOT TUB & Games Room
Open 9 AM-10 PM Daily
This property features: Change rooms, a games room with a ping pong table, as well as 2 communal BBQs on the pool deck for guests' use.

Guests have full access to the condo, and building amenities, ski and bike storage, and underground parking.

We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $50 charge after your reservation.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
