LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

You will not find anywhere more convenient- no need to bring a car! The Town Plaza situated right on the Village stroll features a front desk, ski lockers, bike storage and secure parking*. A hot tub is located in the lobby of the building.

Enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment at your doorstep. A short walk to both mountain gondolas as well as the Whistler Conference Center makes the Town Plaza an ideal location for all travelers.

WALK into your Whistler Village oasis! After a long day on the slopes, browsing the shops and eating ALL the delicious neighborhood food; come and put your feet up by the fireplace and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa with your significant other or your small family.

Our unit is a 1 Bedroom (Queen) with a pull-out couch (sleeps 2) that sleeps 4 people comfortably. Equipped with a FULL kitchen, bathroom, Wifi, TV and Netflix (you must sign in into your own accounts); you'll never want to leave.

GUEST COMFORT
Enjoy the fireplace, Plush bath towels and soft sheets are a must for our guests. Enjoy luxury and convenience when you stay with us!

PARKING
We have a secure underground parking lot. Parking is $25 a night for each vehicle. You will just need to register your vehicle with the front desk and obtain access to the parking garage. Also located in the underground secured parking lot at Whistler Town Plaza, Bear Lodge, there is Free charging for guests of Town Plaza. Two chargers are available one Tesla Destination, and one J1772.

CHECK-IN
Check-in through the Deer Lodge (Whistler Town Plaza) located at 4314 Main St. The front desk operates daily from 9 am – 10 pm. If you need to check in after hours, call the front desk phone number provided in your check-in email and they will come to check you in within 15 minutes. You are welcome to park in the 15-minute free hotel check-in parking spot on Main Street while you get checked in.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enter the home with a key card given by the front desk.

In suite washer/dryer at your convenience

HOT TUB
The hot tub is OPEN for guests' use from 10 am-10 pm. (currently closed due to construction)

Guests have access to the Hot Tub, Gym, and Laundry as all communal areas. You also have your private patio.

We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course, we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

You can walk anywhere you need to go (including the ski lifts!). There is no need for a car but park underground with us for your stay if required. Taxi loop and Bus transit are just a 5-minute walk away and can take you anywhere you would like to go. There is also a free shuttle available on specific routes

The hot tub fitness room and change rooms are closed at the moment due to construction and will reopen sometime in early 2026. Though the exact date is not confirmed.

While signage will be posted for your convenience, we want to make sure you're fully aware of these temporary changes before booking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as Strata works to improve the property.

For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

Additional parking is limited and availability is not guaranteed. When there is space they are offered on a first come first serve basis at $20 per night per vehicle. Guests can check with front desk as to availability of additional spots and if there isn’t space reception will direct guests to alternative public pay options in town.

There may be noise in the evening coming from the bar "Garfinkles" across the street. This unit is RIGHT in the Village which allows for amazing convenience, but we want our guests to know about this before booking.

This entire property is NON-SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Coffee and tea are conveniently provided for the first morning. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance, and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Was a fantastic place to stay. Friday night noise from street was an issue, which is outside of their control.

Blinds were not sufficient for the light coming from the street - you need a sleep mask and ear plugs to stay here. Additionally the unit is quite dated and then management tried to charge an extra cleaning fee from a carpet stain which was already there, along with many others. Stay away from this place

What a fabulous apartment in the heart of Whistler Village... The apartment is exactly as described and clean, comfortable and homely. It really felt like our home away from home. Centrally located in the village and only a short walk to gondola's, restaurants, bars - this apartment allows you to capture everything Whistler has to offer. The staff are also incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
