LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
The Marquise on Blackcomb boasts stunning views of the Rainbow and Sproat Mountains. Guests will enjoy being directly across the street from the slopes since it is located within walking distance of the gondola on Blackcomb ( refurbished in 2018). Take the shuttle bus around Whistler (picked up right outside the front driveway of the Marquise). Walk to groceries, dining, shopping, and more with the Upper Village Market steps from your front door. Enjoy a treat at Portobello in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, grab a pint at a local Pub, get on an e-bike right outside the Glacier Lodge and cruise the amazing Lakes of Whistler! Use the Valley trail network to walk, run or bike around the magical place we call Whistler!

Premium Upper Village location near the top 5 star hotels, Chateau Fairmont and Four Seasons.

Enjoy a convenient location just a 3-minute walk to Whistler’s Upper Village, with Whistler Village also within easy reach. Walk 10 mins or take a quick shuttle to the main Village.

A free and frequent #5 Benchlands Shuttle is available nearby, making it easy to get around Whistler without a car.

For ski-in convenience, you can ski right down to the road outside the apartment complex, making access to and from the slopes easy and convenient.

The SPACE
Relax and settle in after a day of exploring Whistler in this cozy 1-bedroom retreat. The bedroom features a spacious king bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, while the living area includes a gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

Enjoy 2 Smart TVs for entertainment and a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet building, while still being close to all the action.

Laundry
Laundry is on the first floor of the building. Payment is done through an APP. It Is $3 per load. No coins are required! Instructions on how to download the APP are located in the online guidebook we send out to guests.

PARKING
The parking garage height is 6 ft 2 inches
No Parking in front of the building.
Parking is $5 per hour or $25 per 24 hours; max of 7 days.

FREE street parking on Spearhead Dr. for April - November!

A heated pool and hot tub are OPEN year-round at The Marquise! Enjoy staying fit at the gym while on vacation as well as sweating it out in the sauna!

SKI STORAGE
Safely store your ski gear with your own, personalized ski locker and private code in the building.

BIKE STORAGE
Lock your bike away in the secure bike storage next to the entrance of the underground parking lot.

Guests will have access to the entire suite, the outdoor pool, complex hottub, sauna and gym.

We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

Prestigious Benchlands/Upper Village location. Use shortcut path next to Fairmont for 5 minute walk to Upper Village and 12 minutes from Whistler Village. 11 minutes to Lost Lake a 7 minutes to Fairmont Golf Course. A very central location in the lower Benchlands, right next to Blackcomb Gondola.

Walk, bike or take the free shuttle. There are multiple options and once you arrive it is very easy to get around!

This entire property is NON-SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Mid stay cleanings can be arranged at a full cleaning rate (charged to the guest) for stays over 14 nights
